(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) All these writ miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioners, who are operating fly ash brick units, to clarify the order dated 05.09.2023 passed by this Court in the above writ petitions.

2. It is now represented before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Pollution Control Board that since the units run by the petitioners have been categorized under White category, no consent is necessary.

3. Therefore, it is clarified that the Pollution Control Board need not insist the petitioners to get the Board's consent for operating their fly ash Page No.1/3
