This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(a) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21547 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024.

ah 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required. The petitioner shall furnish the proof of permanent address to the respondent police so as to enable the respondent to serve summons on the petitioner.
