This petition has been filed to relax the condition(b) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24136 of 2023, to report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 05.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
