ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri, to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties and to comply with the conditions, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.2056 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri, to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties and to comply with the conditions, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.2056 of 2023 dated 01.02.2023 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousands only) to the District Legal Services Authority, Krishnagiri.
