ORDER

CMP. Nos.24395 & 24402 of 2025 have been filed to substitute the Power Agent and mother-in-law Mrs.S.Girija in the place of the deceased Power Agent P.Jayaraj in the above A.S. Nos.227 & 228 of 2025.

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Applications and it has been necessitated consequent to the demise of the Power of Attorney Agent who has earlier appointed to conduct proceedings 2/4

now Power of Attorney has been given to the mother in law to the respondent.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned in this case in support of the affidavit filed in this petition and there is no serious objections on the side of the respondent/appellant as well. Accordingly, this Application is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.

4. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.R.Chakravarthy, who has filed change of the vakalat on behalf of the appellant.

5. Post the appeal on 28.10.2025 finally.
