This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/ appellant to suspend the sentence dated 28.02.2022 passed in Spl.S.C.No.80 of 2020, on the file of the Mahila Court, Session Judge (Full Additional in-charge), Tiruppur and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the aforesaid appeal. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.
