Prayer:
Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct a thorough enquiry into the petitioner's grievances as detailed in the representation dated 07.11.2024, within a time frame fixed by this court.

ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry into the petitioner's grievance as detailed in the representation dated 07.11.2024 and to pass final orders within a time frame as fixed by this court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that 10000 sq.ft. of land in New Survey No.498/30 and 31 correlating to Old Survey No.498 (Part) situated in Morai Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District belonged to
the petitioner and some persons, who had purchased the property under valid documents. However, the sixth respondent obtained electricity service connection from the respondents 1 to 4. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 07.11.2024 before the first respondent seeking disconnection of the electricity service connection and the same has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mrs.M.Jayanthi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the fifth respondent.
4. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner is Assistant Engineer, TANGEDCO, Veerapuram, Avadi Taluk, Chennai 600 055 and he has not been impleadd as a party to the writ petition.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, the fourth respondent is directed to forward the representation of the petitioner dated 07.11.2024 to the competent authority, namely " Assistant Engineer, Veerapuram, Avadi Taluk, Chennai 600 055, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the said authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the sixth respondent and also other interested parties.
6. The Registry is directed to mark the copy of this order to the Assistant Engineer, Veerapuram, Avadi Taluk, Chennai 600 055.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
