This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offences as Sections 296(b), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2) and 103(1) of BNS instead of Sections 296(b), 115(2), 109(1) and 351(2) of BNS in Crl.O.P.No.30023 of 2024.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
