ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall stay at Nagapattinam and report before the Inspector of Police, Nagapattinam Town Police Station everyday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.26372 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 35 days. He would further submit that final report has been filed before the leanred Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri.
