A Nos.118, 120 and 121 of 2024 in C.S No.58 of 2005 and T.O.S No.27 of 2006 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs, i) to condone the delay of 256 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant, N.Nagabooshanam on 07.11.2022 and iii) to bring on record the respondents 4 to 7, viz., 1) Mrs.Vijayalakshmi (daughter), 2) Mrs.Usha (daughter), 3) Mr. P.Veeraragavan (son), 4) Mrs.P.Raj (daughter) being the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd defendant N.Nagabooshanam as defendants 5 to 8 in C.S No.58 of 2005.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/1st defendant has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
