A.No.214 of 2024 in C.S.No.99 of 1951 A.A. NAKKIRAN, J, The prayer sought for in this application is to direct that pending appointment of new Trustees, the applicants/present Trustees may be authorized to continue to represent the Trust in all proceedings.

In view of the order passed in A.No.9577 of 2018, the applicants, who are the present Trustees, shall continue to administer the Trust, as an interim arrangement even though their term of office, as per the orders of this Court dated 06.02.2019 expired on 20.11.2023, until further orders.
