Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the 1st to 5th respondents to provide an opportunity of personal hearing before taking any coercive steps with respect to S.No.61 of the Pillanallur Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2025.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official Respondents 1 to 5 who takes notice at the admission stage and made submissions on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 5, after dispensing notice on the 6th Respondent.

2. The submissions of the learned counsel for the official Respondents 1 to 5 stands recorded that the Petitioner's representation is under active consideration and that appropriate orders will be passed by the 3rd Respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The Official Respondents are directed to maintain status quo until further orders are passed by the 3rd Respondent.

4. Needless to state, the private Respondent shall be heard before final orders are passed.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
