2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, and being satisfied with the same, the application is allowed permitting the applicant /defendant to file the certified copy of the final judgment and decree dated 28.02.2025 passed in Suit No.450 of 2023 by the III Additional Senior Civil Judge at Kalaburagi in T.O.S. No. 12 of 2024. No costs.

4. Let the records be sent back to the learned Additional Master No.III on 28.10.2025 for further recording of evidence. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Additional Master No. III on 28.10.2025.
