This application has been filed under Order XIV Rules 8, 9, 11(b) and 19 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, praying for a direction to the respondent to accept the offer put forth by the applicant vide Letter dated 27.10.2023 for purchase of the asset of the subject Company in liquidation of immovable property mentioned in the Schedule.

2. It is noticed that the property of the Company is proposed to be sold through Court Auction during third week of March 2024 in view of the order passed on 15.12.2023 in Comp.A.Nos.241 of 2017 etc batch.

3. Considering the same, this Company Application is closed with liberty to the applicant to participate in the proposed Court Auction. 08.03.2024 arb C.SARAVANAN, J.
