PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take all necessary action in accordance with law relating to the petitioner`s complaint dated 17-06-2025 and to deal with the same in a manner known to law. ORDER

This petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to take all necessary action in accordance with law relating to the petitioner`s complaint dated 17-06-2025 and to deal with the same in a manner known to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner is trying to achieve what he could not achieve before the Civil Court. Already a decree for specific performance is operating against him. It is for the petitioner challenge the decree in the manner known to law not by way of this writ petition. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition with a

liberty to file fresh petition before the concerned Court. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect,
