ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who apprehends arrest, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.145 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 5, 7(3) of Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 and Sections 318 (4), 3(5) of BNS.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner, along with other accused, was found selling a note pad with three numbers written on it as if they are lottery tickets. They also had a list of winners of Kerala online lottery tickets.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, while objecting for grant of bail to the petitioner, submitted that there are 15 previous cases as against the petitioner, which are similar in nature, registered before various Stations from the year 2016.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
5. It is seen that when the matter was listed on 05.12.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner and thereby, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/4
6. Taking into consideration that the petitioner has got 15 previous cases, which are similar in nature and that there is no representation for the petitioner even today, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
