ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.07.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 5(l), 5(n), r/w 6 of POCSO Act, Section 343, 376AB and 506(i) of I.P.C in Crime No.307 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the step father of the victim girl has committed aggravated penetrative sexual assault on the victim girl. Hence, the defacto complainant herself has filed the present complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a false case has been foisted against the petitioner and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that major part of the investigation in this case has been completed.
