ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time.

The application is misconceived.

2. This court had already directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal to dispose of the matter within a time frame. Finally, the Debts Recovery Tribunal has been directed to decide the matter by 30.9.2025.

3. If the petitioner's case is that it requires more time for completing the evidence, that amounts to withdrawing the relief sought in the writ petition. It is the petitioner who had filed the writ petition and at whose instance the court has directed the case to be finally disposed of.

4. Be that as it may, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order that the Debts Recovery Tribunal may pass, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.

The application is closed.
