When the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint filed by the petitioner, a case has been registered in C.S.R.No.544 of 2024 and the respondent police enquired into the matter and closed the case as 'mistake of fact'.
