Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, praying to relax the bail condition of the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am which was imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23097 of 2025, dated 26.08.2025 respectively. For Petitioners : Mr.Meiyappan Mohan For Respondent : Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Criminal Side) COMMON ORDER Heard both sides.
2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/state submitted that the petitioners had been complied with the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23097 of 2025, dated 26.08.2025 regularly.
3.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/state, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23097 of 2025, dated 26.08.2025 are totally Relaxed.
4.Accordingly, both the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
