This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.25648 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024.

ah 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter to appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
