ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 10(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27737 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.10(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.27737 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. of every month, until further orders.
