] This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in preferring the appeal. 2.Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. He states no objection for allowing this petition.

3.This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and post the appeal for admission on the reopening day.
