ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the 2 nd Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation/enquiry and pass such further orders.

2. It is the contention of the petitioners that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that already on the complaint given by the son of the defacto complainant, an enquiry has already been conducted and closed, as the issue was found to be civil in nature. Now, the defacto complainant has lodged another complaint before the Deputy Superintendent Police. Since it is a civil dispute, the same will also be closed.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
