The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 295 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against the judgment passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Special Judge for POCSO Act Cases) Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District made in Special Sessions Case No.42 of 2019 by judgment dated 29.12.2022.

Mr.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
