This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.26330 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

ah 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation has also been completed and final report filed before the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore District.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore District, on the first working day of January, 2025 and thereafter the date fixed by the trial Judge.
