ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(a) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22820 of 2024 vide order dated 17.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of 22 days. He further submits that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report is yet to be filed.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22820 of 2024 vide order dated 17.10.2024, is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
