When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the fourth respondent has been absorbed into service and a Memo has been filed to that effect. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is withdrawing the writ petition and an endorsement has also been made to that effect.

Recording the aforesaid facts, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
