This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, vide order dated 19.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25783 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is pending.
