Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 13.09.2023 seeking to issue Patta in his favour in respect of the property comprised in S.No.14/5, measuring an extent of 600 sq.ft., situated at Plot No.5, No.1/706, Aringar Anna Nagar, 8th Street, Neelankarai, Thoraipakka, Chennai - 600 097. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the matter, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Since the limited prayer sought for in Pg.Nos.2/4
this writ petition is for disposal of the representation, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner Company and rival claimants/interested parties, if any, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
