ORDER

This petition is filed to extend the time limit in Crl.R.C.No.1437 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025 to file the assets and liability on behalf of the petitioner side before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No.648 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner has attended examination he was absent before the Court below on 26.05.2025. Hence, prays to allow this petition.

3.
