ORDER

This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as second respondent in the above said appeal.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the second party to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) filed an application seeking to implead himself as a respondent, stating that the terms of the MoU have not been complied with. According to the petitioner, the terms have been duly complied with.

The learned counsel for the respondents raised objection to implead the petitioner.

4. Since there is a dispute regarding the implementation of the MoU, and as Sivaraj, the petitioner, is a necessary party to be heard, the impleading application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the 2nd respondent, if the papers are otherwise in order,post the case on 09.12.2025.
