-2O R D E R The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 19.03.2020 and grant permanent registration to his vehicle.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's vehicle has been given a temporary registration No.TN-30BH-T-4053.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the registration is pending with the third respondent and they have to verify if the vehicle has B.S.6 certification.

4. In the light of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce the vehicle before the the third respondent. The third respondent shall verify if the vehicle possesses necessary certification. If such certification is available, the respondents shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2020 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of

-3receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
