2.In view of the ex parte decree of divorce already granted in favour of the petitioner/wife, and recording the submission of the respondent, no further orders are necessary in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. 3.Accordingly, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
