ORDER
The petitioner, who is aggrieved by the encroachments and land grabbing of the 16th respondent temple's properties, has filed this Writ Petition.
2. The case of the petitioner is that a large extent of land belonging to the 16th respondent temple has been illegally grabbed and encroached Page No.3 of 8
upon and thereby, he has given representations in this regard to the respondents 1 to 5. It it the grievance of the petitioner that his representations have not been considered by the official respondents and no order has been passed.
3. The petitioner has arrayed as many as 16 officials as respondents. This Court is of the view that other than the respondents 15 and 16, all other respondents are not necessary parties. The petitioner ought not to have made the other parties except respondents 15 and 16, as parties to this writ petition.
4. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner (Party-inPerson), this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 15 and 16 to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 26.07.2020, 09.10.2023 and 16.09.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Page No.4 of 8
