This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.5(b) on the petitioner by an order dated 23.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25955 of 2023.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
