ORDER

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 10.01.2025 directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.58 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the said case could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this court, the court below by letter dated 16.03.2026 sought for extension of time. Hence, the matter is listed before this court today.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur submitted that due to his follow up, the Advocate Commissioner had filed report on 16.02.2026 and both parties have filed their objections with regard to his report. Thereafter, the petitioners counsels filed three petitions to amend the plaint, preliminary decree and final decree petitions. Therefore, due to the pendency of the above said three I.A.s, the court below was unable to dispose the final decree petition within the time fixed by this Court. Hence, he prayed to grant further time of two months to dispose the case.

3. Considering the request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur, this court is inclined to extend the time till 15.06.2026 to comply with the order of this court. However, time granted by this court will not be extended further. 07-04-2026 RPP To The Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur.
