This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to issue individual patta in favour of the petitioner for his house site bearing plot No.34 (Eastern Side), measuring an extent of 2075 sq.ft., situated at Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Kalapatty East Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District, within a reasonable time as this Court may deem fit proper.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.01.2022 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, 2/4

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
