Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay back wages as per the order passed by the Tamil Nadu administrative Tribunal in O.A. 2446 of 2003 dated 21.07.2003 and fix appropriate remuneration as per the respective pay scale and pay the pending remuneration for the period of service from the date of reinstatement 02.05.2005 till the date of dismissal
from service by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 30.08.2023.

Though this writ petition has been filed seeking a larger relief and a positive direction to the respondents to pay the backwages as per the orders passed in O.A.No.2446 of 2003 dated 21.07.2003 by the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal. the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 30.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner.
2. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that the Respondent No.1 will consider the said representation dated 30.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders thereon within the time fixed by this court.
3. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 30.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner and pass
appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also granted liberty to submit a fresh representation for consideration, if advised so, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
