to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2025 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of a total extent of hectares 1.82.0 (Acre 4.50 cents) comprised in Survey No.1077/1 Vide Patta No.1283, situated at Irumborai Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, Coimbatore Distrct, within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam and SubRegistration district of PunjaiPuliampatti. The petitioner has purchased the above said property through a Registered Sale Deed dated 04.03.2024 in Document No.1581/2024 registered at the office of SRO, PunjaiPuliampatti, by making proper sub division.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2025 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of a total extent of hectares 1.82.0 (Acre 4.50 cents) comprised in Survey No.1077/1 Vide Patta No.1283, situated at Irumborai Village, Mettupalayam Taluk, 2/6

Coimbatore Distrct, within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam and Sub-Registration district of PunjaiPuliampatti. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner has purchased the above said property through a Registered Sale Deed dated 04.03.2024 in Document No.1581/2024 registered at the office of SRO, PunjaiPuliampatti. In order to survey the said property, also he submitted representation dated 04.08.2025. However, the respondents did not take any steps to survey the aforesaid property so far.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to survey the petitioner's aforesaid property after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject property, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor. 3/6

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
