This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct to the learned Fifth Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to expedite the trial in M.C.No.111 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Fifth Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to expedite the trial in M.C.No.111 of 2013 and complete the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
