praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 4.08.2025 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of a total extent of Hectares 0.95.0 (Acre 2.35 cents) comprised in Survey No. 1076/4 , Hectares 0.36.50 (Acre 0.90 cents) and survey No. 1076/8 extent of Hectares 0.58.50 (acre 1.45 cents) vide patta No. 729 situated at Irumborai village, Mettupalayam Taluk Coimbatore District within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam and sub Registration district of Punjai Puliampatti, the petitioner has purchased the above said property through a Registered sale deed dated 27.09.2022 in Document No. 6977/ 2022 registered at the office of SRO, Punjai Puliampatti For Petitioner : Mr.V.Logeswaren For Respondents : Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, Government Advocate

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 4.08.2025 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of a total extent of Hectares 0.95.0 (Acre 2.35 cents) comprised in Survey No. 1076/4 , Hectares 0.36.50 (Acre 0.90 cents) and survey No. 1076/8 extent of Hectares 0.58.50 (acre 1.45 cents) vide patta No. 729 situated at Irumborai village, Mettupalayam Taluk Coimbatore District within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam and sub Registration district of Punjai Puliampatti 2.
Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
The petitioner submitted representation to survey the agriculture land properties of a total extent of Hectares 0.95.0 (Acre 2.35 cents) comprised in Survey No. 1076/4 , Hectares 0.36.50 (Acre 0.90 cents) and survey No. 1076/8 extent of Hectares 0.58.50 (acre 1.45 cents) 3/8
vide patta No. 729 situated at Irumborai village, Mettupalayam Taluk Coimbatore District within Registration District of Gobichettipalayam and sub Registration district of Punjai Puliampatti. In order to survey the said land, though the petitioner submitted the aforementioned application before the respondents, so far they did not take any step to survey and demarcate the aforementioned property. Hence, this writ petition.

In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to survey the aforesaid property based on the title deed produced by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor. 4/8
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
