By this application, the first respondent seeks leave of this Court to file the documents described in the schedule to the Judge's summons. In the 1/3

affidavit in support of this application, it is stated that the first respondent SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J rna was unable to trace and file the invoices and cash vouchers forming the subject of this application when the counter statement was filed.

2. Learned counsel for the rectification petitioner has no objection to these documents being received.

3. By taking into account the stage of the proceedings and the reasons set out in the affidavit, the applicant / first respondent has established reasonable cause.
