Common Prayer:- Contempt petitions have been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.Nos.24734, 24736 & 24737 of 2024 respectively, dated 23.08.2024 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents allotted work site in three packages to the petitioner. He also produced an affidavit filed by the second respondent along with the details of work allotted to the petitioner before this Court.

Recording the said submission, all the Contempt Petitions stand closed.
