This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail pending investigation, in connection with the case in crime No.44 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found the accused persons with illegal possession of 245 kgs of Ganja chocolates and 500 kgs of Tobacco products. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case as if he was in possession of the contraband. Further, he submitted the investigation has been completed in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. side) submits that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity and also the petitioner is having two previous cases. Hence, he prays to dismiss this petition.

5. Considering the fact that the contraband seized from the petitioner is huge quantity and also there is no change is circumstances after dismissing the previous bail petition.
