ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the modified condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial court once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5258 of 2025 in Crl.A.No. 1335 of 2024 dated 24.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions and final report was also filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the modified condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 5258 of 2025 in Crl.A.No. 1335 of 2024 dated 24.03.2025 is relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
