This application has been filed by the applicant/2nd defendant to receive the documents as mentioned in the Judge's Summons.

2. There is no objection on the side of the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs 1 to 3 in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/2nd defendant to mark the documents as listed in the Judges summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to post the matter before the Additional Master-IV, for recording evidence on 29.01.2024.
