ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 30.04.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10727 of 2024, in which the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents undertook that within a period of fifteen days, RCS notice will be served to the petitioner. 2.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the RCS notice has been served to the petitioner and the same was acknowledged. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
