ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar appearing for petitioner states that petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Commissioner for Land Administration against the same order which is impugned in this writ petition. Counsel says this petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all rights and contentions in the appeal pending before the Commissioner for Land Administration.

2. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications are also dismissed.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the merits of the matter.
