ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 01.08.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.28871 of 2023, thereby directing the respondent to restore the pay scale of the petitioner and accordingly disburse the retirement benefits such as DCRG, Special leave, leave encashment and other attendant benefits with interest at the rate of 6% per annum, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the time granted in the order dated 01.08.2024 made in W.P.No.28871 of 2023, has been extended for further period. 3.

In view of the above submissions, no contempt is made out and the Contempt Petition stands dismissed.
